Deliveries to the mainland United Kingdom

Deliveries via Royal Mail to Mainland UK- FREE for the purchases above £100, shipping charge of £5.99 for purchases below £90 for Tracked 24h Service Delivery or £4.99 for purchases below £100 Tracked 48h Service Delivery. 

Please note that the cost of shipping for gymnastics hoops is £12 for "Express 24" service, £11.35 for "Express 48" service via Parcelforce.

For Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm service, an order must be placed a day earlier by noon. 

Please note, Gymnamo can't be held responsible for the delays caused by Royal Mail postal services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders showing confirmed delivery.  In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we will try our best to help track it down.  Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now the responsibility of the Royal Mail or any other shipping provider to get it to you safely. Deliveries to Europe

Following Brexit, our shipping policy to Europe has changed. Please read this notice before ordering. Deliveries via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For mail £9.99. Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days, but can take up to 2-3 weeks.

International Customs and Duties for Europe

Please note that orders outside the UK might attract customs or import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient and we do not take responsibility for any of these costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to specify what the costs may be, as customs policies differ from country to country.

Deliveries to the Rest of World

International Tracked and Signed For Mail shipping fee £19.99. Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days but can take up to 4-5 weeks.  Please note shipments outside of the UK and EEA may take longer due to custom processing times and other factors outside of our control.
