Collection: Ropes for rhythmic gymnastics

Our rhythmic gymnastics ropes are made for both training and competition, crafted from durable nylon or polyester in a range of vivid colours.

Sizing and materials

Ropes for rhythmic gymnastics come in a standard length of approximately 3 metres and are trimmed to suit the individual gymnast's height. The correct length is measured by standing on the centre of the rope — the ends should reach to the gymnast's armpits. Most ropes are made from tightly woven nylon or polyester that resists tangling and holds its shape during throws and catches.

Colour choices

Bright, bold colours are strongly recommended for competition — they help judges see the rope clearly during routines. Our range includes uni-colour and multi-colour options. Many gymnasts choose rope colours that complement their leotard and other apparatus for a cohesive presentation.

FIG approval

Where a rope is FIG-approved for international competition, this is clearly stated in the product description. For regional and national competition, check your federation's specific equipment requirements — most accept standard-specification ropes from established brands.
